Return and Refund Policy

All items are non-returnable/ non-refundable due to all orders being personalized. Once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes to your order.

Please keep in mind::

1. Once you submit an order, it cannot be canceled because our orders are transmitted to our production department in real-time, and work begins immediately. If you require a refund and your order is already in production, we can offer a partial refund with 50% deducted from the total amount since the work has already begun.

However, we are unable to offer refunds or modifications once the work has been completed.

2. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange and import/ customs fee's for international shipments. We are not liable for any extra charges by the post office, Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.

4. For all packages that are lost/ stolen after being shipped, you can contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number. They will be able to let you know the next steps to file a claim. We are not at fault if something is to happen to a package after shipping as it is something that is out of our hands. We are not able to provide reimbursements for lost/ stolen packages.

5.If you make a purchase, we assume that you have read our refund policy and agree to it

6.If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
